World Class Programming
At Rebellion you are provided access to workouts written and scheduled by our Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, Zach Filer. Zach’s track record speaks for itself in both in person coaching and program writing. World record holders, CrossFit Games athletes, professional strongman and countless adult and youth grappling competitors have found a home within our training system. Zach is an acting partner and lead seminar instructor for Conjugate Tactical. This role see’s him teaching the conjugate method across the country to our Military, Fire and LEO professionals. Zach is proud to be able to offer his skills here at Rebellion.
Conjugate Method
This style of training created by Louie Simmons was implemented at Westside Barbell in Columbus, Ohio. Westside went on to trail blaze a new era in Strength and the gym was simply known as the home of the strongest in the world for many years. Zach's approach to the Conjugate Method is rooted in his work with Conjugate Tactical. Which is simply a practical application of the method to diverse populations. The concept that LEO or firefighters need to be able to respond to their jobs while also training optimally isn't a thought reserved for those communities. A parent's needs to be able to train with weights and then be able to play with their kids is the same. A Jiu-Jitsu competitors need to be able to be on the mat and not hindered by their time in the weight room are also similar. The Conjugate Method not only provides strength but conditioning that will get you to your goals while enjoying your time in the gym.
